At Apeks, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
